Version 218 improves communication and service work planning.
We’re rolling out a new system update to make life easier for dispatchers and technicians. Two practical features have been added to improve communication and job planning. Here’s what’s new.
Notifications for Technicians
From now on, dispatchers can send notifications directly to technicians through a dedicated tab in the web system.
This feature allows sending messages to all technicians at once or only to selected individuals.
It’s perfect for sharing brief updates, organizational information, or urgent alerts.
On the mobile side, technicians have access to a history of all received notifications, so they can review them anytime even if they didn’t have time to read them immediately.
Map – planning
The second new feature is the completely new “Map – Planning” tab in the admin panel. Its purpose is to simplify job management and planning the work of technicians in the field.
The map displays all service jobs as pins. Importantly, the view can be filtered by various criteria, including job status, type, priority, due date, and assigned personnel.
This allows dispatchers to more easily plan technician routes, allocate jobs efficiently, monitor individual workloads, and respond quickly to urgent requests.
Photo Upload Preview
We have also added a new tool that allows users to check the status of photo uploads in situations where the internet connection is unstable or too slow. This way, the user can clearly see which files are still in the upload queue and which ones have already been successfully uploaded.
You can access the list of pending photos using the button in the upper-right corner of the window-after clicking it, a panel expands displaying the entire current set of photos being uploaded.
Changes Driven by User Needs
The new features were developed in response to user needs and are designed to make daily work easier, especially in communication and job planning.
We’re happy to consider any further suggestions for system improvements in future updates.
