We’ve got a fresh update for you – version 217, which introduces two features that significantly streamline day-to-day service work.
Improved history
The job history is now divided into pages, which makes it load faster and much easier to navigate.
Most importantly, technicians on-site can access a full 14-month history – including photos, notes, and forms, even from jobs completed by other team members.
The result? A clear, complete picture of the situation right on the spot, without searching for information outside the app.
More Advanced Tables in Forms
We’ve expanded the options for defining conditions and calculations in tables.
This allows you to create more flexible and precise forms that better reflect the processes carried out on each job.
Changes Driven by User Needs
The new features were introduced with real user needs in mind, aiming to make daily work easier especially when creating forms and reviewing job histories.
