Expansion of the calendar feature and mobile app access
In the latest update of our application, we’ve introduced a range of enhancements to the service calendar feature. The goal of these changes is to make scheduling easier and improve task management — both for dispatchers and service technicians.
Calendar available in the mobile app
The most important new feature is the full integration of the calendar with the mobile application.
From now on, service technicians can check their scheduled tasks for the day directly from their mobile devices. This makes it easier to keep track of their work schedule and respond more quickly to any changes in the plan.
Scheduling task completion dates
The new feature allows service technicians to set their own task completion dates.
Each task still has an assigned maximum deadline, but the schedule can now be defined either by the dispatcher or, optionally, by the technician.
By default, technician-side scheduling is disabled, but this option can be activated upon the company’s request.
New calendar view for the dispatcher
The dispatcher has received an enhanced calendar view that makes it easier to browse and organize schedules. The new options include:
filtering by schedule type (dispatcher or technician),
filtering by date range,
switching between views — the standard one or a view showing tasks assigned to a specific technician.
Improvements to daily operations
The introduced changes are designed to streamline daily workflows and enhance transparency in task planning.
