In version 219, we introduced changes that ensure all necessary information is always at your fingertips.

 

Attachments for Service Orders

In the latest update, we’ve introduced the ability to add documents a (e.g., instructions in PDF format) directly to service orders.

Dispatchers can upload files via the browser, making all necessary materials immediately available to technicians in the field.

 

Technicians can also add documents directly from the mobile app, and all uploaded files are visible to dispatchers. This way, everyone has up-to-date instructions and documentation at hand for completing service orders.

 

Team Members’ Orders Overview

In this version, we’ve also enhanced the leader panel by adding the ability to view completed orders directly within the app. Previously, only ongoing orders were visible.

You can access this view via the icon in the top right corner of the app. Clicking it opens a list of team members. Orders can be viewed for a single person or multiple people at once, allowing you to see their completed orders in one combined overview.

 

One app, full control

We’re continuously developing the app so that as many daily tasks as possible can be handled in one place – without the need for emails, messengers, or other tools. Our goal is for the system to truly replace other communication channels and make full use of its potential in the everyday work of technicians.
